Job summary

Clorox, Glad, a proud member of the Clorox family, seeks a Plant EIC Engineer to be the technical authority for electrical power systems and OT networks. You will drive automation improvements, work with maintenance, IT and engineering, and lead capital projects to support asset health and production goals.

You will own design and safety compliance, oversee contractors, and advance cybersecurity, network segmentation, and energy-efficiency initiatives across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with preference for Electrical Engineering.
• 4+ years professional experience, including 2+ years in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of plant electrical distribution (low/medium voltage).
• Develop and maintain single-line diagrams, arc-flash studies, load calcs, and protective device coordination.
• Ensure NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA compliance and safe electrical practices.
• Oversee electrical contractors and project lifecycle from scope to commissioning.
• Serve as SME for PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, VFDs, instrumentation and control systems.
• Develop control logic, HMI screens, and automation standards; troubleshoot process control issues.
