Job summary

KLA Industries seeks an EHS lead to support safety and health across a multi-site manufacturing footprint. The role requires at least 3 years of plant-level safety and environmental background and a technical bachelor’s degree.

You will drive safety programs, training, audits, workers’ comp, and EHSS administration within an ISO framework. This sole EHS position covers a 150-employee plant plus four small facilities in PA, KS, AZ and FL, with annual travel to each site.

• Support EHS function for a 150-employee plant and four small facilities in PA, KS, AZ and FL with annual travel.
• No direct reports; sole EHS position for the site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety training, audits, workers' compensation, and EHSS systems administration.
• Strengthen safety culture and employee engagement; roll out corporate programs and collaborate with Corporate EHS.
• Maintain EHSS metrics, records, and environmental compliance across sites.
