Job summary

KLA Industries seeks an EHS lead to support safety and health across a multi-site manufacturing footprint. The role requires at least 3 years of plant-level safety and environmental background and a technical bachelor’s degree.

You will drive safety programs, training, audits, workers’ comp, and EHSS administration within an ISO framework. This sole EHS position covers a 150-employee plant plus four small facilities in PA, KS, AZ and FL, with annual travel to each site.

Job description

Responsible for supporting the EHS function (heavy focus on safety & health) for a (150) employee, non-union production plant plus (4) small manufacturing/distribution facilities with (20-30) employees each located in PA, KS, AZ and FL (travel to each site once a year).There are no direct reports – sole EHS position for the site.

Manage EHS activities through an ISO based platform and reporting tools. Safety: training, auditing, workers compensation, EHSS systems administration; continue strengthening their safety culture journey and employee engagement. Roll out corporate programs/systems and work closely with Corporate EHS. Maintain EHSS metrics, recordkeeping, and general environmental compliance.
