Responsibilities

• Leads and champions the overall engagement and safety culture in the Plant.
• Acts as in-plant voice for EHS issues, focusing on at-risk behaviors and conditions.
• Verifies compliance with EHS standards through audits, observations and inspections.
• Reviews procedures to verify accuracy; lockout and SOPs.
• Leads Safety Committee and participates in accident investigations.
