Job summary

A global materials manufacturing organization is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead EHS programs at a key production facility. This role reports directly to the Plant Director, influencing safety performance and sustainability initiatives.

The EHS Manager will own the plant’s EHS function and ensure compliance with regulations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in EHS or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of improving safety performance and reducing incidents.
Experience leading audits, inspections, and compliance programs.

Responsibilities

Lead all environmental, health, safety, and sustainability programs for the facility.
Drive a proactive, behavior-based safety culture focused on risk identification.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulations.
