Job summary

Ball Corporation seeks a Plant Environmental, Health & Safety Manager in Fairfield, CA to lead the plant EHS program and drive regulatory compliance, employee safety, and continuous improvement. Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years environmental experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• 3+ years safety experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and voluntary protection programs.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and procedures.
• Ability to lead, train, and drive EHS initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and administer plant environmental, health, and safety programs and processes.
• Maintain a safe working environment through proactive EHS leadership.
• Oversee accident investigations, corrective actions, audits, and safety programs.
• Drive safety culture initiatives and zero-incident mindset.
• Coordinate with leadership and corporate EHS teams on ISO and regulatory programs.
• Prepare and submit environmental and safety reports to regulators.
