Job summary

Darigold Caldwell is seeking an EHS Manager to lead the plant Environmental, Health & Safety program, focusing on occupational safety and injury prevention. You will develop and maintain safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with cross-functional teams to foster a proactive safety culture.

The role requires 3–5 years of safety leadership in manufacturing, knowledge of OSHA regs, and the ability to coordinate training, investigations, and program improvements across the site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combo of education and experience may be considered.
• 3-5 years of progressive safety experience in manufacturing/food processing.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations required; OSHA 30 preferred or obtainable within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the plant safety program and safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Idaho regulations, and Darigold safety requirements.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations; implement corrective actions.
