Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years manufacturing operations leadership experience.
• Proven lean culture development and cost-focused improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant operations across multiple functions for safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
• Develop strategic plans aligning with ISO, FDA, EPA, OSHA, and other regs.
• Oversee NPI execution to ensure on-time, on-quality, on-cost results.
• Manage resources and align to customer-driven priorities for efficiency.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, revenue planning, and profitability.
• Benchmark and implement best practices; lead Lean OS (5S, SMED, TPM).
• Build and mentor a high-performance, cross-functional team.
