Job summary

Signature HealthCARE in Roanoke Rapids, NC is seeking a Plant Operations Director to maintain and oversee facilities, equipment, and utilities in good working order. You will ensure property grounds comply with facility policies and regulatory standards, with on-call responsibilities as part of the role.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, practical maintenance knowledge, and 1–2 years of supervisory experience. Join a team focused on resident-centered care and quality operations.
