Job summary

Signature HealthCARE in Lexington, Kentucky is seeking a Plant Operations Director to ensure our facilities, equipment, and utilities are in good working order and that property grounds are maintained in accordance with policy and regulations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, practical knowledge of facility upkeep, and 1–2 years of supervisory experience. You will lead maintenance staff and help uphold safety, efficiency, and patient-centered care across the campus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Practical knowledge of day-to-day maintenance and facility physical plant upkeep.
• One (1) to two (2) years management/supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities, equipment, and utilities are in good working order.
• Maintain property grounds in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
• Direct and supervise maintenance staff to meet safety and quality standards.
