Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Roanoke Rapids seeks a Plant Operations Director to lead maintenance, facilities, and utilities for our Roanoke Rapids, NC facility. You will supervise maintenance staff and ensure daily operations align with safety and regulatory standards.

On-call duties are required to support resident care and care continuity. The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Practical knowledge of day-to-day maintenance and facility physical plant upkeep.
• One to two years management/supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities, equipment, and utilities are in good working order.
• Maintain property grounds in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
• On-call availability as required.
