Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Process, Quality, Safety, Human Resources, and IT personnel to understand business needs and identify digitalization opportunities.
• Assist with collecting, cleaning, validating, and organizing data from approved plant and business systems.
• Develop or improve dashboards, reports, and visual management tools that make operational and workforce information easier to understand and use.
• Support workflow automation and digitization of forms, approvals, inspections, logs, checklists, and other recurring processes using company-approved platforms.
• Map current processes, identify pain points, and recommend practical improvements based on user feedback and available data.
• Test digital tools and enhancements, document results, track issues, and help coordinate user acceptance before implementation.
• Create clear process documentation, user guides, training materials, data dictionaries, and standard work instructions.
• Assist with employee demonstrations or training sessions and gather feedback to improve adoption and usability.
