Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Experience building dashboards, reports, and scorecards (Power BI/Tableau).
• Knowledge of SQL/database fundamentals and basic coding.
• Understanding of PLC logic and basic PLC programming concepts.
• Ability to lead problem-solving teams and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain plant digital systems and dashboards.
• Collaborate with IT to identify system improvements for the Jacksonville plant.
• Develop and refine dashboards for plant data collection.
• Support KHMS and QRMP implementations and maintenance.
• Lead data infrastructure improvements and paperless document conversion.
• Train floor staff on onboard digital tools and ensure system adoption.
