Qualifications

• Duties include cleaning floors, walls, windows and fixtures.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wash and vacuum floors; periodic waxing.
• Clean walls, dispose of trash, and maintain cleanliness of offices and grounds.
• Clean overhead areas and general plant grounds around parking lots and lawns.
• Assemble and transport cleaning supplies to designated areas.
