Duties and responsibilities for custodial work at a plant and offices.
Must be able to perform housekeeping tasks and operate cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

Sweep, mop, hot wash, vacuum floors and periodically wax floors.
Wash walls and inside windows by using water, cleaning solutions, sponge and cloth.
Clean offices, move furniture, vacuum, gather and dispose of trash, clean lighting fixtures, window tops and ledges.
Clean overhead areas such as pipes and machinery with compressed air hoses or cloths.
Pick up litter, sweep and perform other general grounds keeping duties around the plant property, parking lot, lawns and walkways.
Assemble cleaning supplies and equipment and transport them to the designated cleaning area.
