Job summary

ATC Drivetrain LLC in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Plant Controller to oversee cost accounting, budgeting and manufacturing cost analysis across the transmission rebuilds and related operations.

You will lead the local accounting team, support monthly closings, prepare cost models and provide financial guidance to plant management, while ensuring MMOG and ISO 14001 compliance and accurate production costing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 2 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement cost savings opportunities in production cost.
• Prepare and maintain cost models for Finished Goods on demand.
• Prepare cost estimates for new or special products.
• Oversee payroll, inventory accountability, and labor cost verification.
• Lead the local accounting team and support monthly closings.
• Collaborate with global controllers on forecasts and AOP.
