Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG) is seeking a Plant Accountant at our Corsicana, TX facility. You will partner with the Plant Controller to deliver accurate financial reporting, cost analysis, and GAAP-compliant controls in a manufacturing environment.

This role covers month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, inventory costing, and financial analysis, with opportunities to influence operational cost efficiency and work with auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, CPA/CMA preferred.
• Experience in commercial construction or manufacturing accounting is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing costs and perform variance analysis with forecasting.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close tasks.
• Support budgeting, planning, and cost control initiatives.
• Collaborate with plant leadership and auditors to ensure GAAP compliance.
