Coca-Cola Beverages Florida is seeking a Plant Control Specialist in Jacksonville (1st shift, Mon-Fri, 6:00am-2:30pm). The role focuses on building and stewarding an integrated equipment plan to support the commercial strategy for cold drink equipment and ensure the right products and services reach customers.

Ideal candidates have extensive operations or finance experience, ERP familiarity, and a track record in project management within a Consumer Packaged Goods setting.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or finance.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; master's a plus.
• Experience with ERP applications is ideal.
• Consumer Packaged Goods experience highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize an integrated equipment planning process.
• Collaborate with finance on capital needs and funding opportunities.
• Create visibility into equipment performance metrics and actions.
• Provide leadership on equipment effectiveness and innovation.
• Improve business acumen related to cold merchandising equipment.
• Support new processes leveraging equipment for better outcomes.
• Develop and implement key success metrics and scorecards.
