Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC seeks a Plant Control Specialist to lead an integrated equipment planning program from our Jacksonville plant. You will coordinate across functions to ensure the right equipment is in the right places to meet demand and enhance the consumer experience.

The role focuses on optimizing equipment performance, leveraging ERP tools and data analytics, and delivering measurable improvements in placement, utilization, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or finance.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, Master’s a plus.
• Previous entrepreneurial and/or operational business experience valued.
• Previous experience with ERP applications is ideal.
• Some project management experience preferred.
• Previous Consumer Packaged Goods experience.

Responsibilities

• Liaison across functions to develop and operationalize an integrated equipment planning process.
• Engages with the finance team on capital needs and equipment purchases.
• Build structure and integrate into routines for visibility of equipment performance metrics.
• Provide thought leadership on equipment effectiveness and innovation.
• Improve business acumen related to refrigerated equipment and unattended retail units.
• Support new business processes leveraging equipment for better outcomes.
• Develop/implement key success metrics and scorecard.
• Champion IoT initiatives in equipment placements to improve customer experience and service levels.
• All other tasks to support organizational objectives.
