Job summary

Coke Florida is seeking a Controls Technician based in Hollywood, FL, with a 6:00am-5:00pm Monday–Friday shift. You will troubleshoot and provide immediate preventative and corrective maintenance to production lines, support change-overs, and assist with installing new equipment using OEM training.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of industrial maintenance experience in a high-speed environment, solid mechanical/technical aptitude, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience.
• Prior experience in a high-speed industrial environment.
• Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow manufacturer specifications and schematics.
• Must supply hand tools.

Responsibilities

Coke Florida is looking for a Controls Technician based out of our Hollywood location. We’re currently looking for 6:00am-5:00pm shift, working Monday - Friday.

What You Will Do:

As a Coke Florida Controls Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines and facilitating change-over. Controls Technician will assist with the overhaul and install new equipmentwith initial OEM training and the end goal to perform most tasks "in-house".

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for troubleshooting and providing immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines and facilitating change-over
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment
• Overhaul and install new equipment
• Rebuild and fabricate parts
• Perform facility maintenance and maintain clean and safe work area
• Generate parts request to ensure adequate inventory
• Generate and complete work orders as assigned
• Perform equipmentchange-oversand production line set ups

For this role, you will need:

• At least1 year of industrial maintenance experience
• Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment
• Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to followmanufacturers'specifications and schematics
• Required to supply hand tools

Additional qualifications that will make you successful in this role:

• EET/MET or Mechatronics degree preferred
• 5+ years of mechanical/electrical experience highly preferred
• Prior diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience preferred
• Programmable Logic Control (PLC) knowledge highly preferred
• Mill and Lathe experience is preferred
• TPM maintenance knowledge and abilities preferred
• SAP experience preferred
