Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or comparable field.
• Experience in manufacturing controlling, ideally in production environment.
• Strong analytical skills and financialPrinciples knowledge.
• Experience with ERP systems and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting with clear insights for strategic decisions.
• Monitor and optimize costs by analysing raw material expenses, production KPIs, and operational efficiency.
• Lead ERP-related financial processes and drive continuous process improvements (e.g., SAP FI/CO in the future).
• Support SAP FI/CO implementation during 2027 in preparation for SAP S/4HANA rollout in 2028.
• Support business transformation, managing financial aspects of change initiatives.
• Ensure full financial compliance under IFRS/local GAAP, manage internal controls and audits.
• Evaluate capital expenditure projects with business cases and financial analyses.
