Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Plant Controller to provide financial leadership across two sites, Sioux Falls, SD and Groveport, OH, with dual-site responsibilities and the option to base in one location.

The role oversees monthly close, forecasts, budgets, P&L and balance sheet reviews, and SOX compliance, while driving continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional analysis to optimize value for the Americas Packaging Division.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years in an Accounting/Finance role
• 3-4 years in a manufacturing environment
• Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to meet business objectives
• Work with cross-functional teams to analyze data and assess key projects
• Support continuous improvement activities to achieve world-class financial reporting standards
• Role will be multi-site: Sioux Falls, SD and Groveport, OH

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant management and serve as a member of the Site Leadership team
• Review month-end results: P&L and Balance Sheet with variance analysis
• Present month-end results package to Regional/Senior Management
• Oversee monthly close, including Balance Sheet reconciliations and revenue/expense reporting
• Create monthly financial forecasts and analysis
• Ad hoc financial analysis of metrics to support business requirements
• Lead development and analysis of the annual operating plan
• Oversee SOX compliance
• Support CI initiatives and capital spending requests
