Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Plant Controller to provide financial leadership for one of its largest converting plants in the Americas. The role emphasizes accurate reporting, cash flow analysis and cross-functional collaboration to drive value.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in Accounting/Finance, 3+ years in manufacturing, and strong experience with monthly close, P&L, forecasts and internal controls. This is a growth-oriented position within a global packaging leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Accounting/Finance.
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with monthly close, P&L management, forecasts and annual operating plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site financial function as a member of the plant leadership team.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial and management reporting; maintain internal controls.
• Develop month-end close, P&L, forecasts and annual operating plans; present variances.
