Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated seeks a Division Controller for Network Infrastructure (NI) to join the site leadership and Hubbell NSI finance team. You will partner with leadership to provide financial guidance, oversee reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and drive margin expansion with strong internal controls and SOX compliance.

The role requires hands-on cost accounting, month-end close leadership, and collaboration across operations, supply chain and finance to improve working capital and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, budgeting and forecasting.
• Hands-on manufacturing cost accounting experience including standard costing and variance analysis.
• Experience leading month-end close, balance sheet reviews and performance reporting.
• AP/AR supervisory experience and internal controls/SOX compliance.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; ERP & financial consolidation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead timely month-end close and review financial statements.
• Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasts and long-range planning.
• Partner with site operations to analyze performance and variances.
• Maintain standard costing and inventory accounting processes.
• Oversee payables and receivables processes and vendor setup.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and control testing.
• Develop actionable KPIs and drive monthly performance reviews.
• Assist finance transformation initiatives and data quality improvements.
• Support ERP implementations and reporting enhancements.
