Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Financial Reporting Lead based in Lenoir City, Tennessee. This position reports to the Hubbell Utility Solutions Specialty Infrastructure Controller and is responsible for accurate financial reporting and SOX compliance.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA or CMA designation, along with 7+ years of experience in a leadership role. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Experience with SAP, OneStream, and BlackLine is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in controllership activity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurate, timely, and transparent financial reporting in accordance with Hubbell Policies & Procedures.
• Ensure SOX compliance and operational effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting.
• Oversee monthly closing cycle and controls, maintaining a strong controls environment.
