Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in North Wales, PA, seeks a Division Controller for Network Infrastructure to lead financial reporting, planning and controllership for the LYNN/ENET operations. You will partner with site leadership to provide accounting guidance, analyze variances and enable profitable growth.

The role requires strong technical accounting, SOX controls, ERP experience and the ability to drive improvements across multiple functions. Hybrid/onsite flexibility may apply at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required.
• 5+ years in progressive finance and accounting roles, preferably in manufacturing or public company.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls incl. SOX.
• Experience leading month-end close, financial planning and variance analyses.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial consolidation tools.
• Ability to collaborate across operations, commercial, supply chain and HR.

Responsibilities

• Lead timely month-end close and review financial statements.
• Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasts and long-range plans.
• Partner with LYNN/ENET operations to analyze performance and drive improvements.
• Manage cost accounting, standard costs, inventory and working capital.
• Oversee payables/receivables and vendor/customer setups.
• Support internal/external audits and maintain internal control environment.
• Establish and track KPIs; drive business performance reviews.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and data systems upgrades.
