Job summary

Integrity Trade Servicesis hiring a Controller for our manufacturing client to start immediately at $100k-$110k/annually DOE. This role places you on the leading edge of financial leadership, overseeing accounting, reporting, and capital management.

The position requires 7+ years of progressive accounting and reporting experience, including 5 years in a Controller role, with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA preferred. The job is 100% onsite at the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• CPA certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting and reporting experience, incl. 5 years in a Controller role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant-level accounting and finance operations, including scalable systems and internal controls.
• Prepare cash flow analyses, financial statements, and forecasts on multiple cadences.
• Coordinate internal/external financial reporting, including audit activities.
• Review journal entries, inventory transactions, payables, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Develop annual operating budgets with leadership and manage capital expenditures.
