Candidates should have at least 8 years of progressive accounting experience and ERP experience in a manufacturing environment. Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 3–5+ years of leadership experience managing accounting teams.
• Strong manufacturing experience, including cost and inventory accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations, including general ledger, AP, AR, and fixed assets.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Ensure all balance sheet accounts are fully reconciled.
