The role requires strong knowledge of manufacturing finance, inventory control, and KPI delivery, with responsibility for close processes, internal controls, and ERP system support.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and cost accounting.
• Experience leading plant budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ability to drive improvements with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant's financial leadership and partner with Operations to drive performance.
• Provide guidance on cost control, productivity, and capital investments.
• Support decision-making through analysis of operational and financial data.
• Own inventory valuation, COGS accuracy, standard costing and variance analysis.
• Maintain BOMs, routings, and standard costs.
• Partner with Supply Chain on inventory controls and obsolescence management.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes; prepare journal entries and reconciliations.
• Ensure strong internal controls and audit support.
• Lead annual budget and monthly forecast processes; analyze variances and KPIs; support ERP upgrades and data integrity.
