Chase Corporation is seeking a hands-on Plant Controller to lead all financial activities for a Pittsburgh manufacturing site. You will partner with plant leadership to manage cost accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and driving operational performance.

The Plant Controller role requires strong manufacturing experience, standard costing expertise, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable business decisions that improve efficiency and expand margins.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance.
• Strong costing, inventory accounting, and plant-level support.
• Advanced Excel; ERP experience with Oracle or JD Edwards.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant financial leadership with Operations to drive performance.
• Own inventory valuation, COGS accuracy, and standard costing.
• Lead monthly/quarterly/year-end close and audit support.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and KPI monitoring.
• Support ERP upgrades and data integrity.
