Saint-Gobain North America is seeking a Plant Controller for its Jackson, MI facility. The successful candidate will provide financial expertise and oversee all aspects of financial reporting, standard costing, and internal controls.

You will partner with plant management to enhance financial health, manage inventory levels, and ensure compliance with company policies. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 7 years' experience in cost accounting are required. Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive cost accounting and analysis experience.
• Strong emphasis on knowledge of management accounting and GAAP.
• Demonstrated client service orientation.
