Wabtec in Berwick, PA is seeking a Plant Controller to lead all accounting and financial activities for the G&B Specialties site, including monthly close, forecasting, inventory accounting, cost analysis and operational reporting.

The role requires a BA in Accounting or Finance, 4+ years in accounting within a large company, strong US GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with Visual Manufacturing and OneStream ERP systems, plus advanced Excel. Relocation assistance may be provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting or financial experience in a large company.
• Thorough understanding of US GAAP and Revenue Recognition policies.
• Ability to learn and use ERP system Visual Manufacturing as well as OneStream.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Lead all monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities for the site.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Ensure accuracy of site results per US GAAP and corporate policies.
• Analyze monthly results and variances to forecast, budget, and prior year.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity through timely reconciliations.
• Support cost accounting, inventory management and cycle counts.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and SOX compliance where applicable.
