Job summary

WinCup is seeking a Plant Controller in West Chicago, IL to oversee all financial administration for the facility, including month-end close, GAAP compliance, and balance sheet reconciliations. This role partners with Plant Manager and Supply Chain to drive cost controls and production planning.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in plant accounting, strong manufacturing experience, and advanced Excel/ERP skills. Overnight travel may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Cost Accounting/hands on manufacturing experience required.
• Experience with FoodService, Consumer Products or the Automotive industry a plus.
• Hands on, working in manufacturing plant to understand processes and identify improvement/savings opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Variance Analysis & Reporting of Plant Operating Metrics.
• Support the Plant Manager & Supply Chain in developing & updating production plan and measuring performance.
• Work with Plant staff to understand and improve processes and workflow.
