Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy.
• Analyze manufacturing variances and communicate findings.
• Partner with managers to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare performance reports for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures.
