Job summary

Maker's Pride is seeking a Plant Controller to lead the financial performance of the manufacturing facility. You will partner daily with Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Plant Leadership to drive labor productivity, material yield, overhead optimization and working capital performance.

You will own the plant P&L, deliver timely financial insights, and lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reviews while fostering a data‑driven culture that supports world‑class

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience within manufacturing, consumer products, industrial, or supply chain.
• Experience supporting Manufacturing, Engineering or Operations functions.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, business partnering and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant financial leadership and partner with Plant Manager.
• Own the complete plant P&L including costs, labor, materials, overhead and inventory.
• Deliver timely, actionable financial insights for rapid decision‑making.
• Lead monthly financial reviews, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Drive a culture of financial accountability across the facility.
