The Plant Controller will ensure SAP-based manufacturing insights and strong cash controls while supporting cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, HR, Safety, and Finance

Qualifikationen

• CPA designation required.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing industry experience.
• In-depth SAP experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to interpret data and provide meaningful analysis to senior leaders.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Action Oriented and decisive in addressing issues.
• Managerial courage to address challenges directly.

Aufgaben

• Prepare monthly variance analysis for Anderson site across all KPIs.
• Prepare the annual Budget and quarterly forecasts for Anderson plant factory and Warehouse.
• Collaborate with department managers to analyze and communicate plant activities and costs (e.g., production, labor, BOM, maintenance, inventory).
• Manage cash controls, forecasting and reporting.
• Approve banking transactions for US and Mexico entities.
• Support Accounting with data for monthly close process.
• Prepare weekly cash reporting and forecasting.
• Manage capital expenditure controls, forecasting and reporting (with Engineering).
• Support central AR and AP teams as needed.
• Conduct product costing analysis to support pricing for new products/customers.
