Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing role.
• Experience in manufacturing accounting, monthly reporting, cost accounting, fixed asset accounting, and ERP implementation.
• Strong understanding of economic and banking processes.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong leadership qualities and decision-making ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present financial data to non-financial managers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to provide timely, accurate financial information to management.
• Managing manufacturing accounting, including cost accounting and fixed asset accounting.
• Implementing and maintaining ERP systems to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
• Developing and maintaining internal control policies for budget, cash, and accounting activities.
• Coordinating budgeting, procurement, investment activities, and financial planning.
• Analyzing financial data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborating with management on strategic plan development and execution.
• Leading financial audits and recommending procedural improvements.
