Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing with standard cost and variance reporting.
• GAAP knowledge and cost accounting experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Must reside in the United States; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Direct cost accounting and financial analysis systems; ensure accuracy of product and production costs.
• Provide direction for internal and external financial reporting and forecasting; oversee plant performance reporting.
• Maintain relationships with departments including headquarters, maintenance, operations and engineering; support cost reduction initiatives.
