The role covers month-end close, budgeting, variance analysis, and cost accounting in SAP, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years accounting experience, manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with cost accounting and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end procedures and internal management reports.
• Analyze profitability by product, project, and customer.
• Lead monthly financial reviews with senior management.
• Support cost saving initiatives and process improvements.
• Prepare budgets and monitor actuals against budget.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, HR, and Sales to optimize costs.
• Ensure costing accuracy and timely reporting.
• Oversee SAP product costing and monthly standard costs.
