About The Plant Controller Position

We are looking for a skilled Plant Controller who will be responsible for all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation. Besides you will review and develop our internal control policies and procedures as well as perform financial risk management.

Plant Controller Responsibilities Are

• Responsible for the activities related to accounting, budget, costs and others, involving the control and data reporting of a company plant.
• Implements the operational procedures in the area, in accordance with internal policies / directives. Establishes and maintains accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, preparing financial reports and safeguarding the organization's assets, including accounts payable and/or receivables.
• Maintains accounting and financial records and reports, including general ledger, financial statements, regulatory and management reports.
• Performs cost maintenance, absorption accounting, monthly forecasts, and annual budgets. May also be responsible for travel and expense policies for the company.
  
  

Plant Controller Requirements Are

• 5+ years' experience of working on a Plant Controller position
• Profound experience with accounting procedures and principles
• Significant experience with general ledger functions, the month-end/year end close process and financial statements management
• Good knowledge of accounting software and MS Office
• Strong mathematical and administration skills
• BS/BA or equivalent experience
• MBA/MS preferred
