International manufacturer is seeking a Plant Controller to oversee financial operations and provide strategic financial guidance for a large-scale manufacturing facility. This Controller is a key member of the leadership team and will report to the Site Director, with a dotted line to the CFO. Must have proven success with driving financial performance, cost management and maintaining operational excellence. This position is ON SITE in Richmond, VA and requires a local candidate or relocation. Must be a US Citizen.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree - Accounting, Finance or related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment
• Cost accounting and inventory control
• Budgeting, financial modeling, cost management, team building
• Supervisory experience
• ERP systems
