Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, including documentation and records
• Analyze manufacturing costs and produce reports comparing standard vs. actual costs
• Monitor inventory transactions and perform account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end close and prepare cost accounting entries
• Support budgeting and forecasting with detailed cost data and analysis
• Conduct physical inventories and manage the cycle count program
• Provide cost estimates for new products and manufacturing changes
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and company policies
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve costing accuracy and operational efficiency
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
• 4+ years cost accounting experience in manufacturing
• Strong grasp of cost accounting principles and standard costing systems
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with data analysis and financial modeling
