Job Title: Sr. Practice Director, Recruiting Services, LION at Movement Search & Delivery

We are conducting a confidential search for a Plant Controller with a client company that is a global supplier to the automotive, commercial vehicle, and off-road vehicle industries. This is a direct-hire position based in the metro Detroit area.

This senior-level position will partner with the leadership team to translate business strategy into actionable results for this key location.

Responsibilities include:

• Accounting, financial reporting, fixed asset accounting, inventory management, forecasting, cost accounting, and related analytical analysis.
• Managing the monthly financial closing process.
• Ensuring internal controls are effectively designed and operated.
• Handling fixed asset accounting, including capital project reviews, asset capitalization, and physical inventory of fixed assets.
• Managing inventory controls, reconciling balances, identifying issues, and coordinating physical inventories.
• Developing and monitoring costing activities and variance analysis.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Plant Controller or related role.
