Job summary

Havenridge Talent Advisory partners with a private equity-backed manufacturing company in the Des Moines area seeking a hands-on Plant Controller for its Grimes facility.

You will be the key finance partner to plant leadership, own plant financials, close processes, KPIs, and operational reporting, and lead standard costing, inventory and variance analysis. This role also supports NetSuite implementation and ERP transformation and partners on CapEx and project accounting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on finance leader with manufacturing experience in plant accounting and cost accounting.
• Proven ability to own plant close processes, financials, and KPI reporting.
• Experience leading accounting teams and building robust controls.

Responsibilities
