Job summary

Draslovka Holding Company is seeking a Construction Manager for our Memphis, TN plant. You will oversee field execution of capital improvements, provide constructability input, and drive problem solving across project phases.

You will coordinate with project teams, plant personnel, and contractors to meet budgets, schedules, and QA/QC requirements, ensuring safety and timely turnover to operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7+ years of experience in chemical, petrochemical, or power industry preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide constructability input during project design phases.
• Determine contracting strategy for field activities.
• Host bid reviews and preconstruction kick-off meetings with contractors.
• Develop and track project construction schedules with Project Managers and contractors.
• Negotiate and process field RFIs and change orders; assess budget/timeline impact.
• Ensure contractor safety and schedule adherence during construction.
• Coordinate QA/QC with Capital Quality Assurance Leader; ensure smooth turnover to operations.
• Assist with invoicing and project closure.
