Job summary

Draslovka Holding Company is seeking a Project Manager to join the Capital Projects team in Memphis, TN. The role oversees end-to-end capital project lifecycle, ensuring safety, schedule, and cost objectives are met while collaborating with management, maintenance, and operations to maximize value.

The successful candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team, manage project economics, and ensure compliance with company procedures and governance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree or higher in an engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of engineering project management experience.
• Self-managing, proactive qualities.
• Strong communication, project management, decision making and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety metrics for the project are tracked and met.
• Understand the site PSM system and manage related elements.
• Translate business objectives into capital project objectives.
• Develop and manage project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage project schedule to meet business expectations.
• Lead multi-disciplinary Project Team and allocate resources.
• Oversee cost controls, budgeting, and funding documents.
• Collaborate with Construction to address design issues.
• Monitor risk, timeline, budget, and quality, reporting to the Steering Team.
