Job summary

Jack Link’s is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain staff areas, manage waste, and keep frocks clean in the plant environment. The role requires following safety policies and working with production schedules. Starting pay range and benefits align with standard total rewards packages.

The position operates on the 2nd shift (8 PM - 6 AM, Monday - Thursday) with a base pay around $16 per hour plus a $0.50 shift differential. The job emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a dynamic facility.

Qualifications

• Experience with cleaning in plant/industrial settings preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Basic math for inventory counting and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Proper use of cleaning chemicals.
• Operate a floor scrubbing machine.
• Operate clothes washer and dryer.
• Inventory of supplies.
• Clean floors, walls, windows, lunchroom and bathrooms.
• Fold clean frocks.
• Follow start-up and production schedules.
• Ensure products are properly labeled and identified.
