Job summary

Jack Link's Protein Snacks seeks a custodian to clean and maintain offices, restrooms, lunchrooms and break rooms at the facility. The role includes sanitation duties, stocking supplies and assisting in packaging as needed, with hours Monday–Thursday from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM and a pay rate of $20.50 per hour (base $17.50 + $3.00 shift differential).

The role requires adherence to GMPs, HACCP and SSOPs, plus strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Must work effectively with all levels of management and employees.
• Position requires use of hands and commercial cleaners.
• Ability to perform repetitive functions.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside team members in cleaning and upkeep of facility (sanitation).
• Sweep and mop breakrooms, restrooms and hallways.
• Clean floors, walls, windows, conference rooms, offices and restrooms per Master Cleaning Schedule.
• Stock custodial and PPE supplies for plant floor and offices.
• Report maintenance issues to Supervisor or Shift Manager.
• Maintain inventory of sanitation supplies in partnership with Buyer.
