Job summary

Jack Link’s is seeking a maintenance technician to keep the plant and equipment running safely and efficiently. You will maintain and repair buildings and machinery, following GMP, HACCP, SOPs, and SSOPs while supporting production goals.

The role requires 1–5 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and basic knowledge of manufacturing. The position offers a rotating night shift and competitive wage in a plant setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–5 years of related experience or training preferred.
• Industrial mechanical knowledge and problem solving are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Start-up equipment checks and ensure proper operating condition.
• Diagnose defects and perform repairs.
• Maintain, repair and troubleshoot machinery and facilities.
• Operate band saw, lathe and other shop equipment safely.
• Inspect equipment for compliance with standards and safety.
• Troubleshoot electrical functions (motors, controls, PLCs).
