Job summary

Ambius in Bloomington, IN is seeking Plant Care Specialists to visit customer sites daily and care for plants by grooming, watering, pruning, soil moisture checks, and fertilizing while preventing moisture damage to surroundings. You will drive a service van, climb ladders, and communicate clearly with clients to ensure plant health and display integrity.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work Monday–Friday with possible Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Experience caring for plants preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites daily to care for plants: grooming, watering, pruning, soil moisture checks, and fertilizing.
• Prevent damage to floors, walls, and furniture from water and moisture.
• Maintain plant containers and display materials, ensuring cleanliness and health of plants.
• Recognize additional Ambius product needs and communicate with team to grow the business.
• Assist on installations and holiday decor projects as needed.
• Maintain scenting and air purification equipment as necessary.
